The Maintenance Support & Parts Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Maintenance Department by transporting parts, and supplies between terminals, and repair facilities. This position assists with inventory management, shop organization, and other maintenance-related support functions to ensure efficient fleet operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts, supplies, and equipment to maintenance facilities and terminal locations
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure timely delivery of critical repair components.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts inventory.
• Support maintenance personnel with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, the shop, parts room, and storage areas
• Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all company policies and traffic regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned vehicles and report maintenance concerns.
• Support emergency parts runs
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
