Privacy Policy

DriverLanding, LLC ("DriverLanding," "we," "us") builds recruiting landing pages, job portals, and related tools for trucking carriers. This policy covers driverlanding.com and the carrier-branded pages, job portals, and application forms we host or embed on a carrier's behalf (the "Sites"). What we collect depends on how you use them, so the policy is split by who you are:

The carrier you apply to is the employer and decides what happens with your application. DriverLanding runs the page or form on that carrier's behalf and passes your application to them.

What We Collect

• Name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code or location
• Driving experience, license class, and other details the application asks for
• Which job you applied to, and which ad, site, or link brought you there
• Technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed

How We Use It

• To send your application to the carrier you applied to, and to that carrier's applicant tracking system (such as Tenstreet)
• To show that carrier which ads and pages its applicants came from, so it can recruit more effectively
• To recognize when the same person applies more than once, so a carrier doesn't receive duplicates
• To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse

Who Receives It

Your application goes to the carrier you applied to and the systems that carrier uses to process it. We do not send your application to other carriers, and we do not sell applicant information.

If you come back to apply again in the same browser, we may fill in the form with the details you gave last time. We do this only in that browser, never from details someone else types in.

Text Messages

If a page you apply through includes a text-message consent option, checking that box means you agree to receive recruiting-related text messages about your application and other driving opportunities at the phone number provided. Consent is never required to submit an application, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

What We Collect

• What you enter when you contact us or request a call, such as your name, work email, company, and the recruiting tools you use
• The booking details you give our scheduling tool (Calendly) if you book a call
• Which pages a browser views and how long it spends on them

How We Use It

We use your contact details to reply to you and prepare for any call you book. Our record of the pages a browser views is tied to a random identifier stored in a cookie rather than to your name. If you later contact us or request a call, we connect that browsing history to the details you provide so we can focus the conversation on what you were interested in. We do not share this history with advertising partners, and we delete browsing records that were never connected to a contact after 180 days.

If your company is a DriverLanding customer, your team signs in to Launchpad, our customer dashboard, and may use the DriverLanding: Connect browser extension with Tenstreet. How we handle your team's accounts, the applicant and campaign data in your account, the reports the extension sends, and your billing details is set out in the Launchpad Privacy Notice. Your use of Launchpad is covered by the Launchpad End-User License Agreement and your service agreement with us.

Cookies and Ad Measurement

The Sites use cookies and similar browser storage to remember basic session state, such as which ad or source referred you, and to measure which ads and pages lead to applications or inquiries. For that measurement we use Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics and Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Conversions API, and OpenAI's advertising measurement pixel.

These services may receive a hashed (non-readable) version of identifiers like your email or phone number, only so a result can be matched to an ad click. They do not receive your application details or messages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some pages may work less smoothly, but you can still apply for a job.

Your Choices (California & Other State Privacy Rights)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing for advertising purposes. To make a request, email drew@driverlanding.com. If you applied for a job, we'll also pass your request to the carrier you applied to, since they hold their own copy of your application. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and Security

We keep application data for as long as needed to support the carrier's hiring and reporting, and protect it with measures such as HTTPS encryption and restricted server access. See our Security page for more detail.

Children's Privacy

The Sites are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
