DriverLanding, LLC ("DriverLanding," "we," "us") builds recruiting landing pages, job portals, and related tools for trucking carriers. This policy explains what information we collect through driverlanding.com and the carrier-branded pages, job portals, and applications we host or embed on a carrier's behalf (collectively, the "Sites"), and how we use it.
Information We Collect
When you apply for a driving position, request information, or contact us through the Sites, we collect information you provide directly, which may include:
- Name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code or location
- Driving experience, license class, and other job-application details
- Messages you send us, such as questions submitted through a contact or scheduling form
We also automatically collect some technical information when you visit the Sites, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring URL, and pages viewed, through standard web server logs and analytics tools.
How We Use Information
- To route your job application to the carrier you applied to, and to their applicant tracking system (e.g. Tenstreet)
- To respond to inquiries and schedule calls or demos
- To measure and improve the performance of recruiting pages and ad campaigns
- To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
Sharing With Third Parties
We share application information with the specific carrier you apply to, and with the applicant tracking systems that carrier uses (such as Tenstreet), so your application can be processed. We do not sell driver applicant information to unrelated third parties.
We use third-party advertising and analytics services — including Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API, Google Analytics, and OpenAI's advertising measurement pixel — to understand which ads and pages lead to applications. These services may receive a hashed (non-readable) version of identifiers like your email or phone number for the sole purpose of matching a conversion to an ad click; they do not receive your application details.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Sites use cookies and similar browser storage to remember basic session state (such as which ad or source referred you) and to support the analytics and advertising tools described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect how well certain pages work but will not prevent you from applying for a job.
SMS & Text Messages
If a page you apply through includes a text-message consent option, checking that box means you agree to receive recruiting-related text messages about your application and other driving opportunities at the phone number provided. Consent is never required to submit an application, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Your Choices (California & Other State Privacy Rights)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing for advertising purposes. To make a request, email drew@driverlanding.com. We do not sell personal information for money.
Data Retention & Security
We retain application data for as long as needed to support the carrier's hiring process and our own reporting, and take reasonable technical measures (such as HTTPS encryption and restricted server access) to protect it. See our Security page for more detail.
Children's Privacy
The Sites are intended for prospective commercial drivers and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
