DriverLanding handles applicant data on the recruiting pages, job portals, and applications we run for trucking carriers, and carrier customer data in Launchpad, our customer dashboard. Here's how we protect both.

Encryption in Transit

Every page on driverlanding.com and every carrier landing page and job portal we host is served over HTTPS. Applications are transmitted to carrier applicant tracking systems (such as Tenstreet) over encrypted connections.

Applicant Data on Our Pages

Applicant submission logs, cache files, and other data written to a carrier's landing page directory are kept out of public reach at the web-server level, separate from the application code that a browser can request directly. Access to the systems that manage carrier configuration and job data is limited to authorized DriverLanding personnel.

Launchpad Accounts

• Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, never in readable form.
• Sign-in sessions use encrypted cookies that page scripts can't read and that are sent only over HTTPS.
• Each customer's team sees only its own company's data. DriverLanding staff access is limited by role.
• Keys and access tokens for the services we connect to, such as Tenstreet, ad platforms, and QuickBooks Online, are kept on our servers and never sent to a browser.

Data Minimization

We collect the information needed to process a job application or respond to an inquiry, and pass identifiers to advertising and analytics platforms in hashed form rather than in the clear wherever those platforms support it.

If you believe you've found a security vulnerability affecting driverlanding.com, Launchpad, or a page we host, please email drew@driverlanding.com with details. We ask that you avoid accessing or modifying data that isn't yours and give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix the issue before disclosing it publicly.
