Launchpad End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between DriverLanding, LLC ("DriverLanding," "we," "us") and you, the person or company using Launchpad. Launchpad is DriverLanding's web application at launchpad.driverlanding.com: the dashboard our carrier customers use to review campaigns, jobs, leads and ad plans, and the internal console DriverLanding staff use to run them, including its connections to services such as Tenstreet, Meta, Indeed and QuickBooks Online (together, the "Software"). By signing in to or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software through the accounts we provide, for your own business purposes, for as long as you have an active account. If you are a carrier customer, your service agreement or insertion order with DriverLanding also applies, and it controls if it conflicts with this Agreement.

What You May Not Do

• Share your login with anyone else, or let others use your account
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Software
• Access data belonging to another customer, or try to get around any access control
• Use automated means to extract data from the Software, except through features we provide for that
• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of the terms of a connected service

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at drew@driverlanding.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Your Data

Information you or your team put into the Software, and applicant and campaign data we process for you, stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Software and our services to you. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Connected Services, Including QuickBooks Online

The Software can connect to services run by other companies, such as Tenstreet, Meta, Indeed and Intuit's QuickBooks Online. Each connection is made by an authorized user signing in to that service and approving it, and can be disconnected at any time from the Software or from the service itself. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and DriverLanding is not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

The QuickBooks Online connection is used inside DriverLanding's internal console to create invoices in DriverLanding's own QuickBooks company and to read back which invoices have been paid. It is not offered to carrier customers, and Intuit is not a party to this Agreement.

Changes and Availability

We improve the Software continually and may add, change, or remove features. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and may take it offline for maintenance.

Ending This Agreement

You may stop using the Software at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach this Agreement or when your service agreement with us ends. When access ends, the license above ends too; email us if you want a copy or deletion of your data.

Disclaimers

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Reports, forecasts, and figures in the Software depend on data from connected services and are provided for your information; check anything you rely on for a financial or hiring decision.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriverLanding will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Software is limited to the amounts you paid us for it in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Software after a change means you accept the updated Agreement.
