Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of driverlanding.com and the carrier-branded landing pages, job portals, and job applications that DriverLanding, LLC ("DriverLanding," "we," "us") hosts or embeds on behalf of trucking carriers (collectively, the "Sites"). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms.
What the Sites Are
DriverLanding builds and operates recruiting technology for trucking carriers. The job postings, pay figures, and hiring requirements shown on any carrier's page are provided by that carrier and are subject to change without notice. DriverLanding is not the employer for any position advertised on the Sites, does not guarantee that any job is currently available, and does not guarantee employment, interview, or hire.
Applications & Third-Party Services
When you submit an application, we pass the information you provide to the relevant carrier and, where applicable, to that carrier's applicant tracking system (such as Tenstreet). Those systems, and any scheduling tool (such as Calendly) used to book a call with us, are operated by independent third parties under their own terms, and DriverLanding is not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information in any application or form
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to submit applications or extract data from the Sites
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Sites
- Use the Sites for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual Property
The DriverLanding name, logo, and site design are owned by DriverLanding, LLC. Carrier names, logos, and job content belong to the respective carrier. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use any of this material outside of browsing and applying through the Sites.
Disclaimers
The Sites are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that job listings are complete or current at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriverLanding will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Sites, including reliance on any job listing or pay figure shown on them.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Sites after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
