Launchpad Privacy Notice
Last updated: October 15, 2026
This notice is for carrier customers of DriverLanding, LLC ("DriverLanding," "we," "us") and the people on their teams. It covers Launchpad, our customer dashboard at launchpad.driverlanding.com, and the DriverLanding: Connect browser extension. It adds to our main Privacy Policy, which covers driver applicants and visitors to driverlanding.com. If you're a driver, that's the page you want.
Your Team's Accounts
For each person with a Launchpad login we keep their name, email address, and a one-way hash of their password (we never store the password itself), plus a record of successful sign-ins. We use this only to let your team sign in, keep the account secure, and contact you about your service.
Data in Your Account
Your account holds the applications your DriverLanding pages receive, your jobs, your ad campaigns and their spend, and any Tenstreet reports your team sends us. Your company owns this data. We process it on your behalf to provide our services: running your pages and campaigns, and producing the reporting you see in Launchpad, such as which ads and pages your applicants and hires came from.
- Your data is visible only to your team and to DriverLanding staff who work on your account.
- We don't share it with other customers or sell it.
- We use Google's Gemini AI service to help write and organize job listings from your job feed. Applicant information is not sent to it.
DriverLanding: Connect Browser Extension
DriverLanding: Connect is a browser extension for customers who use both Launchpad and Tenstreet. It opens Tenstreet job templates and reports in a pop-out window from Launchpad and, when you ask it to, sends a Tenstreet report back to your Launchpad account.
- What it handles. When you click "Send to Launchpad" on a Tenstreet report, the extension exports that report exactly as Tenstreet's own Excel export would and hands the file to your open Launchpad window. These reports can contain applicant details such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, application dates, and hiring statuses. The extension also reads your Tenstreet company number from Tenstreet so Launchpad can check the report belongs to the right account.
- How it is used. The report is stored in your Launchpad account and used only to produce the recruiting analytics you see there, such as matching applicants to the ads and pages they came from. It is not used for advertising, is not sent to the advertising or analytics services described in our Privacy Policy, and is not sold.
- When it happens. Nothing is sent until you click "Send to Launchpad", and only to the Launchpad window that opened the report. The extension does not read your browsing history, track the pages you visit, or run on any site other than Tenstreet and DriverLanding.
- What stays in your browser. The extension keeps a small note in that pop-out window's session storage (which report and dates Launchpad asked for, and where to return after a Tenstreet login). It is cleared when the window closes. Your Tenstreet and Launchpad logins stay with those services; the extension never sees or stores your passwords.
- Deleting it. You can delete an uploaded report from Launchpad's Analytics at any time, or email us to have it removed.
The extension's use of information received through Chrome complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Billing and QuickBooks Online
We invoice customers through our own QuickBooks Online company, which Launchpad connects to. Your company's billing contact, invoices, and payments are kept in QuickBooks, and Launchpad keeps a copy of invoice numbers, amounts, and payment dates so we can track what has been paid.
- Only DriverLanding staff use the QuickBooks connection. Your team never connects QuickBooks or signs in to it through Launchpad.
- The connection uses QuickBooks' accounting permission only (customers, products and services, invoices, bills, and payments) and does not read bank, payroll, or card data.
- Its access tokens are kept on our server, readable only by the application, and are never sent to a browser. Data moves between Launchpad and QuickBooks over HTTPS.
- QuickBooks data is used only for billing. It is not used for advertising, shared with the advertising or analytics services described in our Privacy Policy, or sold.
- We can disconnect QuickBooks from Launchpad at any time, which deletes the stored tokens. Email us to have your billing records removed from Launchpad; invoices already in QuickBooks are kept as accounting records.
When Your Service Ends
Your team's access ends when your service agreement ends. Email us if you'd like a copy of your data or want it deleted; billing records we're required to keep for accounting are kept.
Security
How we protect Launchpad accounts and your data is described on our Security page.
